Shipping Policy

  • Expedited shipping is not available under any circumstances. Each order is a 100% custom product, freshly prepared after it is placed. Orders are processed daily on business days and are queued for the following day.
  • We currently use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping, with typical processing and shipping times ranging from 2 to 5 business days.

Return Policy

  • All of our products are freshly roasted to order, and we maintain strict shipping and return policies. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for any errors once the purchase is completed.
  • If we make a mistake, we will promptly correct the issue at no cost to you, covering both the new coffee and shipping. Additionally, we will expedite the replacement order to ensure it arrives as quickly as possible.
  • In cases of package theft, damage during shipping, or if an item is marked as delivered but not received, please file a claim with us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find the best solution.
  • Please note that we do not require customers to return coffee under any circumstances.
